Barbara Fairbanks (left), Vice President of the Humane Society of Northeast Texas Board of Directors, and Roxanne Hutson (center), Executive Director, accept a $5,000 check from Allen Smith, Store Manager of the new Estes Parkway Wal-Mart in Longview. The Humane Society has earmarked the funds for the purchase of a large pet adoption trailer to transport shelter animals to off-site adoption events. Total cost for the trailer is approximately $28,000.
