The Humane Society of Northeast Texas is hosting a Halloween Costume Party at the animal shelter, located at 303 Enterprise Street in Longview, on Saturday, October 27^th from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The public is invited to bring their children and pets in costume to receive treats. Shelter employees and pets will join in the fun with a variety of costumes.
