Petfinder.com is sponsoring a challenge that will give $100,000 in grants to member organizations like the Humane Society of Northeast Texas.  The organization with the most votes between September 29 and December 14, 2008 will be awarded $25,000.   There is a runner up grant of $10,000, and there will be $1,000 grants to the organizations with the most votes in their state, and the organizations with the most weekly votes.  

All it takes is a simple online vote, and you can vote once daily!

1. Click on the large purple button that says, "Click here to give - it's free!"

2. At the top of the next screen, click on the red font, "Vote Now"

3. Toward the bottom of the screen, fill out the name, "Humane Society of Northeast Texas" and pick the state of TX

4. Click "SEARCH"

5. The next screen will show our name. Click "VOTE" and you're done!

6. Vote everyday!
