Buddy, a neutered male Akita who was owner-surrendered to HSNTx, has the distinction of being one our most well-traveled temporary residents. He was transferred to the Akita Rescue of Chicago, where he will be adopted through their adoption program to a new home. A local contact picked him up on Saturday, August 15th, and after a stay in her foster home, Buddy will be available for adoption in the Windy City. Congratulations Buddy, and enjoy the cooler air up north!
