Now that the heat of summer, which is so tough on animals and limits our ability to be out and about the community with them, is nearing an end we're back in action! Beginning this week, the Humane Society of Northeast Texas has a full itinerary of events. This week, we will be at the Gregg County Fair Tuesday evening through Friday evening from 6pm - 9pm, and again on Saturday afternoon. We will have the adoption trailer with some of the many wonderful hopeful adoptees we care for. Also, we will have balloons, face painting, and all sorts of fun!
If shopping is more your style, Maurices is hosting an event all month long to benefit the Humane Society of Northeast Texas, as well as the ASPCA. For any donation made to HSNTx or any adoption from HSNTx in the month of September, donors or adopters will receive a coupon good for 20% off one regular priced item from their store, which located next door to Target.
